Itinerary

Start by having a stroll around the Gran teatro de La Habana( Great Theater) & El Capitolio(Capitol), two of the most iconic buildings of Cuba & jewels of the Cuban architecture.

Walk across the Parque Central( Central Park), stop by the Museo de Bellas Artes( Fine Arts Museum-Universal Collection) & have a Daiquiri at El Floridita, Hemingway’s favorite bar before  reaching Calle Obispo(Obispo St), one of Havana’s most lively venues, filled with art galleries, markets, shops & Cuban life!

Enjoy the walk down to Obispo St. &reach Havana’s heart: its four main squares(Plaza Vieja, Plaza de San Francisco de Asis, Plaza de Armas & Plaza de la Catedral) & the mix of mix of historic buildings, museums, galleries, churches & lively streets.

On the way to discover the squares & its surroundings, enjoy a walk along the Avenida del Puerto( Port Avenue) & visit Havana’s largest arts & crafts market overlooking the harbour(Mercado de San Jose) & el Museo del Ron(Rum Museum).

Continue along the Malecon & enjoy some of the most relaxing and panoramic walks, a true gift to the eye.

Finish with a visit to the Museo de la Revolucion( Museum of the Revolucion), former Presidential Palace & Museo de Bellas Artes( Fine Arts Museum-National Collection), one of Cuba’s most extensive art collections.

Walk along Padeo del Prado until we reach the Capitolio , the end point of our tour.

Tour Duration & Level of Difficulty

Our Colonial Havana Walking Tour lasts from 4 to 5 hours.We can be flexible depending on your personal circumstances. Our tours are private!

The level of difficulty is light to moderate.

-Pick up & drop off location : You will be picked up /dropped off at  your accommodation.

-Transportation: Most attractions are withing walking distances. We’ll use taxis when needed.Transportation will not be included if meeting points are not located in the Old Havana area.

-Entrance fees to museums & other attractions.

-Personal expenses.
